1. If you select this option, we require your spare drive to be provided before we can commence data recovery. Our estimated data recovery time will commence once we have your spare drive.
2. It must have no files on it as we will reformat this and all files on it will be erased. If you cannot do this, please buy a storage device from us instead.
3. Put a label, sticker, or note that says ‘Spare/Destination drive’. This is VERY important!
4. If the disk you supply does not have enough space to store the files recovered, we will supply a large enough device at an additional cost also.
5. If you do NOT supply your spare drive, we will supply the smallest/cheapest destination device we offer and add the cost to any amount due upon completion.
6. The reason we do this is to avoid our data recovery engineers wasting their time as we always try to start work and finish work we do ASAP without any delays. We would appreciate your cooperation.
