Spilled just a small amount of water on my iphone. Started off with the home button malfunctioning, black line on the screen and went black. Thought iphone was waterproof?The phone was actually still on as I was still able to call. None of the phone technicians I approached were able to fix it, neither did Apple. But thankfully I was referred to Payam. They managed to recover the entire thing on my phone, especially my baby’s photos from when she was born. I opted for the regular but I received the outcome within a week after they received my phone. Thank you so much for retrieving my precious photos, can’t thank enough!

My images disappeared from my iPhone which distressed me. I couldn’t figure out how it happened. I went to the Apple store and they recommended that I contact payam.
I was worried at first that I would pay the non refundable fee and they wouldn’t be able to recover my data.
Within a week after I dropped my phone I got an email that they recovered my data.
I checked the recovered data and it was ALL there!! I was so HAPPY! Guys you are life savers! You recovered my memories! Thank you so much for everything!!

My iPhone died in its sleep and Apple said it wouldn’t turn on. It wasn’t backed up, as I’ve just come back from overseas. Within a week, Payam recovered ALL MY DATA!!!! There are no words to express the happiness and relief I feel. I am so happy with how they dealt with anything and can only ask that if you’re in a similar position, please, use Payam.

I can not thank these guys enough!! I was travelling overseas with a group of friends taking photos on my iphone. Sadly, one of my friends lost his life overseas and on the second last day my iphone hardware malfunctioned and my phone turned into a brick, losing all our memories. I went to a shop who said it wasn’t their problem and I will never get my data back. THANKFULLY for the team at PAYAM Data recovery i was able to get back all of my pictures and nearly all the data was recovered from my phone. meant so much to me, such a lovely company always kept me up to date.

My Iphone died without warning or backup. This was stressful as my baby’s photos were on it from birth. I contacted Payam and spoke to Kane who was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Within a week of sending my phone to Payam my files were restored and sent back to me. Payam are very professional and easy to deal with which is very relieving in a situation like this. Amazing. I sent our DEAD iphone to them yesterday and it recovered today! Can’t fault them for retrieving all our lost, treasured images from our family holidays that were stupidly NOT backed up.

I took an iPhone XS that was salt water damaged as was told they are only ones able to recover if possible. I seriously doubted that it could be done as it was rusty and still had water in it 10 days later. Absolutely great professional service and the recovered it all very quickly.

In our experience with PAYAM, they were amazing. They were upfront and honest. Their communication was brilliant, keeping us in the loop the whole time without making false promises.
