Fantastic, professional and efficient service. I got a quote for unreadable disk data recovery the next day after delivering disk to the North Sydney Office. The disk belonged to one of my clients which came out of G5 mac and contained all the billing information of my client including outstanding accounts for over $30000 so

Had a WD My Book Live that stopped working after 3 years. Had about 700GB of data on it. Payam informed me initially that the disk was full of bad sectors and they proceeded to recover all the files. Great job.

Excellent service, kept me up to date along the process. Absolutely no pressure to pay unless satisfied. I had wiped nearly 1000’s photos from my Eurotrip and they were able to recover the majority.. very glad I decided to get their help.

Coming back home from an overseas conference trip, the last thing I needed was to be greeted by a non-starting desktop. I was desperate to recover my data, especially my ‘just-completed’ tax return information! PAYAM was recommended by my local IT repair shop as well as by the work IT personnel. It was worth every

I was working onsite and a buckets of seawater was dumping on the deck above flooding my laptop, which had a lot of information necessary for my work. Payam Data Recovery, inspected the laptop and gave me a same day quote. All data was recovered. Very happy with the service though I hopefully won’t require

You only pay if they can recover your data, that was a big selling point for me. The process from start to finish was an efficient one and they managed to retrieve 100% of my data. Great website also. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Kane from Payam Brisbane was great and easy to deal with. They definitely know what they are doing and have all the advanced tools and fancy software which can talk to the drive’s firmware directly to recover nearly any faulty drive. In our case our sata hard drive would turn off during data recovery with

SSD data recovery services

Payam Data Recovery offers the most advanced Solid State Drive data recovery service in the world. If your SSD has suddenly become inaccessible, been damaged due to a liquid spill, suffered a power surge or suddenly failed, we can help.

Our team of extremely skilled and experienced data recovery engineers can temporarily repair SSDs that have been damaged due to a liquid spill, power surge, electrical damage, or firmware corruption.

First things first, please power off the solid state drive (SSD) and do not use it any longer to prevent further damage and for us to have the best chance of getting your data back for you.

Solid State Drive Data Recovery

Payam Data Recovery has been recovering data from SSDs ever since they were invented. This technology is changing quickly, and we are one of only a few companies in the world with the ability to work with these very complex types of electronics with tiny components and specific types of memory chips.

Our labs use state-of-the -art infrared rework machines, and perform BGA memory chip removal and re-balling. We also remove, read, and replace NAND memory chips. If your controller chip is damaged, our data recovery engineers have the expertise to remove and replace them, as well as take memory chips, dump the data to a file, and reassemble the memory chips using specially designed software. There are very few data recovery tools that can be used for SSDs. We use Ace Laboratory PC-3000 SSD, Soft-Centre Flash Extractor, and Rusolut visual NAND reconstructor. These tools do not help, however, when there is hardware data encryption, and in these cases our best chance of getting your data back is using highly specialised electronic repair skills.

How much does it cost?

Our prices range from $350 up to $2000 for our Economy Service, our Priority, and Emergency Service options are more expensive to get urgent service. The cost will depend on the type of problem your SSD has, how quickly you need the data back. We always offer a free assessment and quote. Only after we test it can we determine what the problem is for certain. Once we know, we will give you a written quote before we start work. We will try to offer you the cheapest solution to help get all of your files back in a safe, professional way with a good result.

About our special case lab:
Did you know that Payam Data Recovery is one of the only companies in the world that has the specialised expertise, tools, experience, and determination to put in the effort to fix SSD problems to recover your important files even when other companies cannot help or will say nobody can do it? We do ímpossible’every day! This includes an in house memory chip and controller chip removal, reballing, reflowing of SSDs and chip-off extraction and SSD recovery methods all done in house. This includes NAND, BGA and controller chip removal, reconditioning, reballing and dumping to chips. We also use tools including Ace Labs PC-3000 SSD and Deepspar SSD to help access normally inaccessible SSDs with the help of a loader, firmware modifications or special reading methods. These types of jobs do take time, but we are probably the only company you will find that is prepared to do this work very patiently and spend the time to do it correctly to get your a perfect recovery result without causing damage to your SSD or memory chips.

Note: All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

How long will it take?

It depends on what the problem is and how the device responds to any temporary repairs made (e.g firmware modifications or PCB repairs). On average, the Economy service may take 2-3 weeks or longer. It has no guaranteed time frame, some jobs may take longer as Priority/Emergency jobs are done first.

We will keep you informed of the time required and remaining. You can always upgrade from Economy to Priority or Emergency as needed. It is important to know that some data recovery jobs we work on can be done very quickly, others can sometimes take weeks or months due to severe damage or rare spare parts needing to be ordered in. We will keep you updated at all times.

SSD Data Recovery

How fast is the Priority and Emergency Service?
In some cases, it may mean you get your data back in 1-2 days instead of 2-3 weeks. Sometimes, it may mean you get your data back in 1 week instead of longer for our Economy service. If you select the Priority or Emergency service, your data recovery request will be given priority in our lab, our best data recovery engineers will work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get your data back to you as fast as possible.

What is your success rate?

We have a 95-99% success rate for common problems, such as drives with Bad Sectors/Read Errors (working very slowly), a damaged PCB (not powering on), a firmware corruption, a file system or partition corruption or simple data access problem due to being unable to connect the hard drive to your computer to make a backup (e.g a 1.8″ ZIF interface instead of a standard SATA or USB connection).

If for some reason the data cannot be recovered, we will let you know the reason and provide you with as much information as we can. Some problems cannot be fixed but the good news is most of the time with enough time and effort you will get your important files back!

We are proud to be the best data recovery company in the world, We are the only data recovery company in Australia recommended by Seagate, we are an official data recovery partner with Western Digital.
